"Reflecting" a shoe object

Suppose you've made a very detailed shoe of a couple hundred prims (don't ask!!! ;-))... how do you use LSL to "flip" it for your other foot?

Jeffrey Gomez's mirror script is the only way I know of to mirror a prim automatically - but keep in mind that it only works on single prims. You would need to make the mirrored prims 1 by 1 for the new shoe.
