The latest release of LSL Plus, the Eclipse-based IDE for LSL, is now out (version 0.9.0).
http://lslplus.sourceforge.net The IDE supports unit and general testing, source level debugging (single stepping, breakpoints, etc.) and other typical IDE features. |

Which version of Eclipse do you need to download to use the plug-in? There are a number of IDE's on the Eclipse page (Java EE, Java, C/C++, Classic) ...

Any version of the 3.4 (Ganymede) release should work. Pick a small one (e.g. the C/C++ one) if you don't do Java development.
