Emails to objects being returned undelivered suddenly?

Is anybody else experiencing problems with web -> SL object email delivery being rejected today? I've been seeing the following suddenly start happening on emails going into SL:

I've only ever come across this rarely when delivering email into SL (I've xxx'd the email of the object ID by the way, it is a valid object ID that it's trying to send to) but today it seems to be happening as a matter of course, rather than as an exception. Did the update yesterday change something does anybody know? |

Yes, suddenly my objects stopped being able to communicate as of last night, and I've determined that the data is being sent fine from my webside scripts. I can send data out from SL to my webserver, and from there the email can go to my regular email box just fine, but can't seem to go back into SL where my other objects can receive the email.
I'd *really* like to find out why and get it fixed.

Are you getting any bounce backs similar to the one I've posted? The email system in SL (at least for web -> sl object emails) has had long delays for a few weeks now but sometime in the last 24 hours it's started rejecting lots of emails going by my records.

Just had an IM from somebody confirming that they're seeing the same as I am. It looks like something's screwed up on LL's email delivery but it only appears to be affecting web -> sl object emails, not IM's or anything like that.

This started around 5:40pm SL time yesterday (just noticed it recently myself)... The Lindens are aware of it as of about 25 minutes ago.

Can someone post the complete bounce message?
We changed some postfix mail delivery configuration options last night, it's possible this broke something. Either post here or email directly to [email]james@lindenlab.com[/email]. I won't publish your object ids.

Charity (operations) thinks this is fixed now. Looks like it was broken for about 12 hours. Thanks for your help in tracking it down.
This is what we get for upgrading postfix from a three year old version to a current version in one big jump. Sorry.

well, the "FIX" lasted for 24 hours..it's down again...

yep..the inbound llmail and llHTTPRequest messages to SL objects appears to have gone down again...
Second life objects can send outbound emails...but when an out of grid object tries to email a second life object..it fails...and to make it harder to diagnose, the lindens seem to have disabled the "undeliverable email" error messages that would normally be returned...
This was down for almost 24 hours yesterday...and stayed "fixed" for about 24 hours..can you actually FIX it this time..>>>>>>
