Hello Kyrah,
I sent you a XyText Notecard Reader board ingame. Xylor made the board.

The whole point of xytext was teaching scripting We can't make it very large because we can only link 255 prims together. It should be trivial to get around that limitation. You can just put two xytext screens next to each other and have another script split the notecard among them.

Given how XYText works, I don't think syntax colouration would be remotely feasible. Well, I guess you could colour each individual face of one of the prims, but as each face is always displaying two characters, you could only colour pairs of characters, not individual characters. Thinking about it, for a script-displayer, it might actually make sense to make individual textures for each LSL function/operator, with some clever integration with XYText for the rest of the code. I wouldn't want to have to code that though

Xylor actually made something that displays code and colors it properly. Talk to him ingame, Im pretty sure he'll set you up with one. ==Chris

Yeah, he even made one that's very prim-heavy that could do proportinal fonts and formatting. (Could it read HTML?)

I think it was an rtf like standard but don't know, would have to talk to him about it (the proportional text was pretty cool). Last time I saw it was april or may.
