COLOR Change/TEXTURE Change Script

Hi, Im looking for a full perms color changing script that only changes one side of a prim that works on discreet voice command channels.

Im wondering if anyone can direct me to someoen who makes or can make this kind of script.

Im also looking for a Touch-Texture-Change script or possibly Voice Texture Change script.
