Hi
Just a quickie.
Id like to rez an object (with a SitTarget ) from another object attached as a HUD then have my avatar automatically seated on the the object via the script in an on_rez event (as opposed to making the object "sit on touch" by default).
The question is is it possible to auto sit like this via script or does the owner have to actually touch the newly rezed object in some way first (either the sit on touch option or right click etc)?
The right approach dosnt spring to mind at the moment from purusing the approriate lsl functions... maybe I just need more coffee .

From: Winter Ventura can we get one of these threads stickied? I swear someone asks this question once a week. Its probably worth someone trolling and listing anything thats been asked more than a dozen times i.e. Sitting, giving of notecards, displaying a URL ......
