Free Business Idea: Auto-update List-keeping

for anyone who has a server and wants to script a few lines of code to insert into a vendor:

A person could charge a nominal fee per item to keep a simple list of names of people who have purchased an item. That list can be retrieved on command by the user, so that they can feed that list into a notecard where an auto-giver will distribute new versions of an item to that list.
