I saw a dog sled that was ridable out in Neualtenburg last week. It was a gift from Garth Fairlight and Pituca Chang, and was copiable. The script was also modifiable. You might be able to use something like that if you modify the animations used. However, if you intend to sell your creation, it would be most advisable to first ask Garth for permission (since I'm assuming he wrote the script as he is a scripter) if you wind up using his script or a variation thereof.
If you can't find the dogsled in-world, let me know and I will drop a copy of it on you the next time I log in.
