Is There A Script ... Can Someone Do One?

Hi:

I am renting property and have some complaints about chat overlapping into different units. I was wondering if there was such a thing as a script to "confine" chat to a certain defined area? I know the renters can IM, but I have been asked.

There is also the problem with some things -- like a security system that comes with the units I bought -- that use chat commands and they overlap some times. If I could set a channel for each that would work, I guess, but with one it does not seem that I can.

So..Does anyone know of an existing script which would "limit" chat range, or;

Is anyone interested in writing one (I will pay for it)?

Thank you.

20m is the chat distance, if you have to have the houses closer then either have each property using a different channel, or simply operate each device so it only opens the listens on a touch, same with anything using lldialog use a different channel, and close the channel after each button press and on ignore.
