Is there a way to reset or restart a script the user does not have modify rights on when it is stopped by a StackHeapCollision ? (Reset by Tools menue is diabled then)
Will a teleport or detaching / re-ataching reset it?
How do I get this script back to work or back ro a state it perfoms the equivalent of a llResetScript() ?

If the object is moddable, but the script isn't, you can go into the contents, open the script and hit reset.
If the object is no mod then I'm afraid your object is dead. The only option you have is to contact the creator and try to get a replacement. That was another one of LL's brilliant ideas to disable that menu option in an update a couple of months ago. We used to be able to reset scripts in no mod items, but now we can't, and that means if a script crashes the object is rendered useless.
