[basic] llMoveToTarget... llMoveToAngle?

This is so dumb...

llMoveToTarget is great for moving physical objects around.

How do I point them in the direction I want?

It was kinda fun to lock rotX and rotY and let the Z axis flail around as my vehicle bumped into things, but I'm weary of that now, and want to just point forward. :)
