is it possible to create a talking slideshow, with audio files associated to touch controlled slides?

If the audio clips are less than 10 seconds long you just need to upload them and then play them as needed.
If they are longer than 10 seconds you will have to split them into segments which each are less than 10 seconds long and queue them accordingly as needed.
