I found this script on slex...
======== Ultimate Object Shrinker
Shrink, by Jil Rodenberger, 23rd september 2008.
This script can shrink a linkset object smaller than normaly possible. Thanks the completely new devised guided text & voice hints, It's very easy to use. No headache, no pain, this tool guides you through the parkour.
How to use: 1. Drag & drop this script into your object. 2. Take the object back to your inventory & Re-Rez it again. 3. Click object and select "Edit", then click the client menu "Tools" and choose "Set Scripts to Running in Selection". 4. Resize your object to the desired size & confirm the BLUE-BOX by clicking OK. 5. If you wish to shrink your object more tiny, please repeat step 1 to 5 as often as you like.
Have fun! ==========
claims to shrink things smaller then normal. How is it possible to shrink something past 0.010?

I'm not sure how it is possible but it may be a bug exploit like the megaprims

What does "parkour" mean? Or what word is "parkour" supposed to be?

Parkour (sometimes abbreviated to PK) or l'art du déplacement[1] (English: the art of movement) is an activity with the aim of moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body.[2] It is meant to help one overcome obstacles, which can be anything in the surrounding environment—from branches and rocks to rails and concrete walls—and can be practiced in both rural and urban areas. Parkour practitioners are referred to as traceurs, or traceuses for females.[3]
Founded by David Belle in France, parkour focuses on practicing efficient movements to develop one's body and mind to be able to overcome obstacles in an emergency.
So i'm assuming they're using the term to refer to efficient movement of a prim from larger to smaller.

I think I saw a script like this once...
Copnsider a simple 2 linked prim object. You can make it smaller *until* one of the dimensions of either of the objects reaches its minimum.
A script can figure out which prim is limiting further shrinkage, and slightly increase the parameter that is preventing further shrinkage. Of course, it is not really in scale any more, but since it is one of the really small parts of the total object, you are unlikely to notice.
Now that the limiting parameter is increased, the script can reduce the size of the linked object some more.
Wash, rinse, repeat...

Wash, rinse, repeat... You're probably right and it doesn't actually shrink stuff past .010 but just enlarges a small part so the rest can shrink down to .010

It sounds very like the excellent script, "Fix Small Prims," by Emma Nowhere, which is to be found at http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Fix_Small_Prims "Shrinking linked prims is difficult because no prim in the linked set can be smaller than .01 meters in any dimension (length, width, or height). This script finds the smallest prims and increases their size slightly so that the linkset can be sized down." I use it all the time. It's great.
