llLookAt and llRotLookAt broken?

I have a prim (single prim, not linked to anything) that rotated okay until the Havok4 upgrade. Now neither llLookAt or llRotLookAt works at all. The prim never changes direction. Has anyone else seen this? The prim is fairly small, do I need to change the force or damping? If so, up or down? I've tried several settings but it won't rotate. If I rotate it manually, it stays facing wherever I leave it and the script commands do nothing.

Also, I'm a little confused about the two commands. The wiki says llLookAt points the prim's z axis and llRotLookAt points its x axis. In Havok1 they both seemed to do the same thing. The tooltips for both commands say both commands point the x axis. Which is correct and what's the difference between the two?

llLookAt() seems to work fine here with my punting boat, though possibly a tad more sluggish than before ... not sure about that though.

I figured this out. There seems to be a new minimum requirement on dimension ratios. My prim, which is very small, was originally as narrow as it could get -- 0.01 -- and would not rotate. I had to increase the width to .06 before it would turn. Not sure why, but that fixes it in havoc 4.
