My avatar has prim wings that are static, is it possible to get a script (or write one ) that will rotate them on one axis about 15 degrees and then back
Preferably with an off option that puts them back to the original position

They are full modify/copy permission. Just no transfer
The main prim is sculptie with sculptie feathers coming off it.
I'm looking to just make it an idle flutter (wish I could make it a random effect, with options)

you could try a swing script, just search for one, i've seen a few around. (i'd look it up, but i'm actually looking for something else at the moment)
