What do I need to do to get this script to give out a notecard upon rezzing our wedding invitation?

Replace llDetectedKey(0) with llGetOwner(). And congratulations!

The reason being is that there is no key to detect, detected key would be used in something like a touch, where it detects the avatar touching.
