Teleport script required (plus a few other things)

I'm looking for a teleport script to transfer people from my gallery in Clara a short distance to my sculpture garden.

When I'm able to buy a bit more land I will be able to replace this with a ferry boat. I will need scripts to call the boat from my house to the gallery site, and then move the boat from the gallery to the house when someone sits in it. If anybody could supply such a script, please let me know. Also I will require an unscripted ferry boat (the more ramshackle the better).

If anybody could help with any or all of these things, please let me know.

So by this "teleport script" you mean something like... llSitTarget(<X,Y,Z>; ?
I love it when people think scripting is horribly complex
