Land and Script Management Functions

Hi

1) Is it possible to change the region management functions using LSL ? (or any other method!!)

I'm thinking specifically about being able to change to number of allowed agents (or avatars) using a script or some other method...

What I would be hoping to achieve is to lower the amount of allowed avatars when region performance was poor..

2) I'm also looking to shutdown lets say the "Top 10 scripts" when the sim is laggy..Can this be automated in a script ?

None of it can be done from an LSL script. You could create a custom client/bot program to do it, of course, but that's a pretty involved proposition unless you can find one out there that already allows for that functionality.
