I have seen a number of Helms built with the GLM scripts that act as a shield during combat. Anyone elighten me as to where these can be purchased?

It's the scripts I need not the Helms.

I have a similar question in that I'm trying to understand what benefit a shield actually provides. Any writeups on this?
