Scripts don't like my bike

Not at all sure what to think of this. I've had 3 different scripts in this bike and I get the same error for each "Object: Script trying to stop animations but PERMISSION_TRIGGER_ANIMATION permission not set" But I can take that same script put it on a box and drive it. The bike is only 26 prims, and I'm using my own sit pose, but only the upper part of my AV takes the pose, the lower stays in the default sit position. The pose works fine on the box though. I'm about ready to drive the box around and give up on the bike.

Sounds like you have more than one script operating in your bike. Check all the prims and look for multiple copies of the script, or even older versions of it.

Yup, that was it, no more error messages. Bike still dosen't work, and the sit animation is still the same. :(

Well, you might still have a sit target defined in some of your other prims.

Drop this script into every prim but the one you want to have a sit target:

default {
state_entry() {
llSitTarget(ZERO_VECTOR,ZERO_ROTATION);
llRemoveInventory(llGetScriptName());
}
}

It will scrub any existing sit targets defined, and then remove itself.

See if that makes it behave.

Hay, that fixed part of it, the bike works now, but the pose is still wrong. The position is way off, but easy to fix. It still is only using the upper half of the pose.

Well, it sounds like you may be having a problem with a conflicting/overriding animation. Check to make sure you are using the correct animation. You also might have to turn off your AO for it to "work right".
