Making an airplane become stationary in the air?

I have a little project to create a floating platform using a vehicle. All my efforts of modding a standard flight script still have the craft drifting downwards very slowly. My question is, is there a way in a simple airplane script to stop it from drifting once you come to a stop? One of the modifiable paramaters? Thanks for any thoughts.

Easiest might be to turn off physics with llSetStatus when you want to be stationary.

llSetStatus(STATUS_PHYSICS, FALSE);

will do the trick.

Thats exactly the obvious solution I overlooked. Over the years I've depended so much for help in the scripting forums, I don't think my business in sl would have been possible without the help of so many generous scripters here. I am so sorry to see the forums being cancelled. I'd just like to say thanks to all of you who have helped me over the years.
