By indefinitely, you mean continous rotation.
In your inventory, under library and scripts there should be a simple rotation script that when applied to a prim, will give that effect.

If you search this forum or "Scripting Library" for "rotation" you will find a variety for discussions on rotating prims. If you haven't already you will discover vast array of options and potential problems related to rotating prims.
