Ripped Off!
He is selling the scripts donated by several people to the University of Second Life Library, to the SL Script Forum, and other free repositories. He is profiting off the good will of others who donated these scripts freely to the community, to help and educate others about LSL scripting. ------ is shamefully profiting on the good work of others. He is also verbatim copying many of the contents of the USL Library.
You can find all of these scripts for FREE at the University of Second Life Library in Montara, in the SL Scripting Forums, and at various other places.
Yes, I sent an abuse report to the Lindens who refuse to deal to the situation, and sent the following response...
Currently, the Permissions set on a object in Second Life are the only reliable means that we have to determine and define an owner's rights in regard to his/her objects. If a Resident has an object including copy or modify permissions, that Resident is free to copy or modify the object. Further, if you sell or give away an object with resell/give away permissions, you are granting the new owner the right to resell the object. Any other considerations -- sales agreements, open source licenses, or hand-shake agreements -- are beyond our ability to recognize or enforce. We simply don't have enough information to adjudicate situations beyond systems we currently have in place.
That said, we recognize the shortcomings and limitations of the existing Permissions system, and we understand the value of open-source and freely distributed objects in Second Life. We are working rapidly to update or replace the Permissions system with something that more adequately addresses the needs and realities of the Second Life Community.
Edit: to remove name since the person removed the materials.
