Hey is it possible to have more than one set of linked objects linked? cause i want to be able to have something control vertical rotation, and have it inside of somethign that controls its horizantal rotation.. Cause when i try having one object control both its own horizantal and vertical rotation, it starts rotating in weird directions...

No. What you're asking for (along with many of us) is hierarchical linking. It's not there, I suspect it never will be given how big that would make the data for the asset server.

Swings are usually two object entities, a frame and a swing part so the frame doesn't move. Your thing - if it's not moving too fast two objects (in the sense of linked prim sets) that are independent but either sense each other or chat to each other about their positions would be the best way I can think of, although my first coffee is still being drunk so it's possible there are better ways around it.
