Need a little help

In the following particle script I added llSay(0,"BabyGurl!";); and I may have the brackets ({,}) wrong for the effect desired. On touch it should say "BabyGurl and the particle should be active. What's happening is it takes a second click while the first click is still active to activate the particles. Tried bracketing different but still missing something, would appreciate any help
