Help. need a script to make a lottery machine please help

Hello i had a bright idea last night to make a lottery machine. anyone is aloud to buy. but i cant get the script right.. so i was wondering if someone can help me..
i think making a lottery machine would be really fun about 1-10 dollars a ticket. Linden dollars lol. and itd be fun and every sunday there could be a winner.!!!?
