I'm working on a HUD that has several clickable buttons on it. One annoying thing is that whenever the mouse hovers over the HUD background, a little grey box pops up with my name (creator's name) on it. Sometimes this popup covers up a button or some other important UI element. Is there any way to prevent this hovertext popup for anyone using this HUD? I know there's a way to disable hovertext in the menus, but I'm wondering if there's something I can do in my script.
Note, I'm not talking about the text you see with llSetText. I'm talking about the text that shows up when you hover your mouse over some object in the game.

Just to clarify, it's showing the current tag and name of the av wearing the attachment (not necessarily the creator), just as you'd see when hovering your cursor over another av's prim hair, for example.
Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done via script about it. It's entirely client-side, dependent on each viewer's Show Tips setting. Perhaps submit a feature suggestion to disregard hovers over HUD attachments?

I posted a Feature Suggestion for this. Please upvote if you dislike hovertext on HUDs!

I just voted. Anything to make huds clearer. Btw, does anyone have a clue about what textures look best on a hud? I find that my textures show up very fuzzy.
