Attach when rezzed (eyes)

Is there a script to change say your eyes when an object rezzes. I know that llAttachToAvatar can change objects worn but is there anything that will change say your eyes, or clothes that are only attached to the area they are supposed to?

Clothes cant be affected by scripts(wear or take off for example).

the only workaround for scripted addition/removal of clothing layers is a specialty viewer like Restrained Life (and just so you know, you don't HAVE to use the other functions of that viewer, and IIRC you have to explicitly allow others to access those features (once at least)

certain combinations of words are being blocked by the the forum software, such as the word from appearing anywhere after the word select, or the word set appearing anywhere after update... cut parts of your post out and hit preview untill you find the combination it doesn't like

Are you trying to automatically change eye color to match clothing?
