Hello people.

Im trying to make a build which is controllable by an AV and try to get some solutions on how I could do it.

The AV sits on the part which has to rotate around the Y axis while the AV is in mouselook.
The upper part has to rotate only around the x or z axes (which one doesnt matter) while capturing the AVs full rotation.

My thought is that I might need 2 linksets, the base where the AV sits on, and the upper part which could be rezzed from the base to the correct position initially.

But my problem is that I dont have any example takecontrols | lookat | primrotate script.

Would be great if anyone has a single axe rotatescript for mouselook already. I got a script somewhere which takes control and captures the full mouselook for one linkset, but I cant find where I can substitute 2 axes, it doesnt seem to work with rotation, cant find any vector there, and cant paste the script right now because the grid is down.

Thx in advance :D

Noone got a solution?

I got a crappy one but I cant make the linksets rotate around the local axes of the rootprims, it is stationary anyways.

I tried with setrot and setlocalrot but no luck with both.

Is there any way to capture the axes rotations from mouselook?

HELP :/
