You can't. Sensors can't detect attachments.

How do you protect yourself from someone attaching something to you?

Simple... It can't be done... They can only make stuff that follows you. Usually a simline crossing or a teleport will rid you of it. (^_^)y

Indeed they can't. However, as the Q&A to http://www.lslwiki.net/lslwiki/wakka.php?wakka=llSensor puts it,
From: someone
Q: Can I use sensors to detect attachments?
A: No, but you can use llGetAgentInfo to determine whether or not an avatar has attachments, and whether or not they're scripted, though not how many attachments they have, where they're attached, nor what they are.

Which, since most avis probably have at least one scripted attachment of some description, even if it's just a freebie AO or bling in their shoes, probably means it's not a particularly useful thing to be able to do.
