follow scripted objects?

ive been trying to figure this out for a wile now, im trying to make a type of monorail or train just for fun and ive been looking into sensor based stuff where the "train" would follow scripted tracks i havent been having much luck, dose anyone have any info on it?

that worked, neaver thought of that i was using llSetPos() now new pronlem im having is with the accule movement, im using llSetForce and llSetRot but i cant seam the get it to move or turn atall, anyone have any advice on that?
