As I recall, the original welcome area gives out an example boat script. Since the one in Ahern is currently under reconstruction, try the WA on the edge of Plum.

All my vehicle scripts are free-to-copy, so if you stop by my place in Davenport (the forest on the north bank of the river), you should be able to grab out of one of the vehicles.

I couldnt find the boat script. Anyone have a good one? Im looking for a slowish smooth ride like a sailboat. I did buy The Privateer by Ale Bukowski and I must say its the smoothest riding vehicle (sail boat) and has a TON of options. I love the thing! But Im building my own boat and still need a script for it.

I have a free Inflatable Boat there. It is all copy/mod/resell/giveaway (even the scripts)
I am happy for any player to use whatever they can to forward the cause of boating.
