Seems under MONO llStopMoveToTarget will occasionally un-do the last llMoveToTarget, even if that move is long past completed. Is this rational? Anyone else seeing this?

It's not just mono-compiled scripts. Old scripts running in 1.24 sims do this, too. Are there any 1.23 sims left to confirm this is a new behavior?
