Why is this in scripting tips prithee?

Anyway, no is the answer. Gestures offer you the chance to "chat" which comes out as a say.

You could tie a gesture chat to invoke a script that shouts, then you have colour problems.

it's in scripting because i'm trying to trigger a script that requires that the owner say a particular word and was trying to do it with a gesture but they weren't withing 30 meters of the thing. Anyway your right no shouting in gestures ended up contacting the maker and paying to have the trigger costomized so it listened to an object instead of the owner.
