Scripts Wanted

SCRIPT #1

I am looking for a script that will allow me to rent space by the hour or by whatever time period I set and whetever value for the hour I set. Also I would like it to give a message on the the last 5 minutes, asking the renter if they would like to continue or leave. If they wish to continue they have the option to pay for more time, if they wish to leave a message will ask them to clean up before leaving.

SCRIPT #2

I need a script that will allow someone to rent a vehicle for a period of time (I have seen this one in action somewhere) I need to be able to set the period of time and the value of time in L$. Once the amount has been paid the car will rez. At the last 5 minutes a message is given informing the renter that the vehicle will self destruct in 5 mins.

QUESTIONS

#1. Are either of these scripts possible
#2. Can you do them ?
#3. How long will it take ?

Have you checked SL Exchange? I'm pretty sure I've seen timed rental systems for sale there. Must be several for sale in-game too.

I've thrown together a rental booth that does those things and more at one time. Tokk me about 10 minutes and anybody that's written a couple of scripts in LSL should be able to as well.

There are a lot of rental scripts out there but I believe a lot of them take commission. I would suggest going to a sandbox and lloking for the gyu scratching his head wondering what to work on next =).
