I did a 24 hour clock with my own texture. It's more efficient to use your own texture because you can create a single texture with all 60 minute values and so fit 6 digits and two separators on one prim.

is it just a matter of making the texture (possible for me to do) and setting it from 12 hours to 24 in the script? (aside from knocking out am/pm)

I don't know, I wrote my script from scratch, I don't know what script you're starting from. I'm sure the changes are minor. Why not just *make the changes* and see what happens, and if it doesn't work, figure out why not?
