Wonder whether someone can help me with the following: Why doesnt llSetLocalRot() work for a child prim of an object that is attached to an avatar? Is there a work-around to have a such a child prim rotate? thanks for any suggestions

hav eyou tried using spaceer objects around the rotating object?

This drove me nuts for hours one day, trying to get some wings to flap. I tried every approach I could think of, but no luck. I've been assured by some very experienced builders there is no way to get scripted rotations on attachments. The best you can do is change textures to create the appearance of rotation.

attatchment are like static images, ppl use usually several prims that are alternatively set to pure alpha or texture its the only way
