Bar Graph Scripting Question

I've been thinking about making a giant poster with a bar graph on it. I know how to set it up so I can input a question and it displays with Xy Text on the top of the board, having it only allow one person to vote and click on a response to increase a vote for that particular choice. The only problem is, the bar graph it self. I was wondering how I would go about that.

My current idea was to have alpha blocks stacked up and then they get rid of alpha when that number of votes has been reached. However, I don't want the blocks stacking up too high and possibly off of the board if a lot of votes accumulate. I was wondering how I would go about making it so the numbers go off of a certain percent like 100%. Then when a vote is input the bar graphs will fluctuate depending on how much of the 100% they represent.

Thank you!

Oddly, a nearly identical question popped up here a few days ago. You can probably re-use the same answers.
