According to the Jira, all is well. I haven't been in SL for a number of months, but today when I pulled out some builds that had 3 child prims that were supposed to rotate, they simply sat. Is there a new script? Can I replace the scripts? Sorry, if I'm being redundant, I can't find the answer in the Jira or these forums. Thank you for your help.

There were problems on the server side, those were ironed out a couple of months ago.
There are still problems on the viewer side, the 1.19 version will stick on slowly rotating objects and it gets worse the more distance between you and them. That problem seems to be fixed in the 1.20 RC viewers, but 1.20 has been going through an unusually long pre-release cycle (we're up to RC 14 already) so most people are still stuck with that bug for now. But, the RC is there to download if you'd like to see if your stuff rotates.

It is also possible that you rezzed the prim in no-script sandbox. Just a tought ^^
