I have seen the vender servers in world, but never used them myself… I have a generic understanding on how they work.
Is it possible to make a similar system where a number of rento’s could be updated with new prices?
I have a number of plots of land I rent out, each 4096m, each $25 USD or equivalent in L$. Currently I have keep my books manually, checking daily/weekly to see who owes rent and then figure out how much they owe in lindens.
I could use the rentos that are available now, but because I would have to fly around and update each one on a weekly basis, it would be very time consuming.
I would love to have a server where I could go to and enter in the current $L/USD ratio and have it update each rento remotely. Has anyone written a rento server or have any ideas on how to get that to work?
