I need help with scripting gestures!!!

I am in desparate search of someone who can tell me how to create scripts so that i can get a gesture onto a script! I would really appreciate it if someone would help me out!

How can I get a sound clip to go on to a gesture and where can I find sound clips, if possible?

The script can't control any gesture. You need to let it to combine to play an animation and a sound. What is the triggar? How would you like to play it?
