Measuring Script Performance

Ages ago, a friend that I'm no longer in contact with demonstrated a way of showing how well scripts were running. The output was red or blue lines rising out of the scripted object showing whether it was running well or badly.

I know this sounds vague, and I can't remember much more. But does it ring a bell with anyone? And if so, what do I need to do?

Thanks

I think an upgrade removed that (rather nice in my view) visual feedback a while back. No idea why - maybe it just got lost. :(

the only "red or blue lines rising out of a prim" I can think of would be the "show updates" which didn't so much monitor script performance as it showed how often and what types of changes were being made to prims by a script... except I remember those as cones rising. dunno if that's still an available beacon type. (can't check atm)

the only other thing I could think of would be top scripts, as seen from extate level controls, but I don't remember those having any visual cues for the objects themselves.
