was just thinking this today, is there any way of haveing a object know what angle it is at, as in a incline on a hill and imply a Z axis impulse to rocket it?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the question. If you mean which way is normal to the surface of the ground, try llGroundNormal() (http://www.lslwiki.net/lslwiki/wakka.php?wakka=llGroundNormal). If you mean which way the prim's z-axis is pointing, try:

vector localZ = llRot2Up(llGetRot());
