prim-to-prim with xml-rpc?

hi, just poking around at different networking ideas - can xml-rpc be used for prim-to-prim comm? it appears that inworld calls (llSendDataRequest or soemthing liek that:) is reportedly 'not working'...

Yes, XML-RPC works very well for prim-to-prim.
