How do people make those cubes that will let you buy items from them? What is the script for that kind of thing? I'm looking into selling Tshirts from my brother's webcomic on SecondLife (I am, in fact, sporting a shirt of a character based on myself).

The ones that you're talking about don't even use scripts.
If you look under the tab of the edit window where you change the nae of an item, you will see options below the other options about buying the object. Play around with these for a bit; it's not terribly complex.
