Flight Script repositions vehicle 3m up

I finally found an adaptable flight script "Cubey Terra Helicopter Style Flight script", and the test with a vehicle worked well.

Now trying to adapt it to a novelty build, for some reason it repositions about 3.3m up when activated. The root prim is higher on the build, so I figure if any it could try to reposition into the ground.

I only changed the whispers, so I'm not sure what's going on.

I can say though it handles like a dream otherwise
