once i attach something to avatar, and say setpos() or movetotarget() will the avatar move along with the attachment or without it.

few dayz ago there was an object which if u wear, someone else was able to control ur avatar thru it, how can that be accomplished ??

Nonphysical movement like llSetPos() moves the attachment relative to the attach point. Physical movement like llMoveToTarget() moves the whole avatar. And the latter should answer your last question.

to SL an avatar is considered as a physical object, so llMoveToTarget will drag the attached avatar to whatever location you specify. But it is impossible to rotate the avatar. You cannot turn or shift in avatar to face any direction. only change their position by treating them as a physical object. llMoveToTarget, llApplyImpulse, etc.
