Greetings,
I have searched for some way of signing a string using a HMAC-SHA1 method, (there are some C and python implementations on the web) but I've been having great difficulty (confusion) porting this over into LSL. This is for amazon aws services, where there is a requirement for signing the string using HMAC-SHA1 (as one of the methods).

My search has been quite futile and any help would be appreciated.

:)

Thanks for the links void, I believe its rather uncmmon as I still cant find 'detailed info'. I will probably have to port it over myself.

Let me know if you've had any success with this... I'm needing to do this as well, for the same reasons. Thanks.

is HMAC the only variation in use from amazon? if not might be easier to just use what's already available.
