web or PDA script editor?

I see all these programs to help you script LSL in Windows abd MAC but what if you have only web or PALM access. Work doesn't like me experimenting with code over here to much on the machines.

It has been quite a while since I had my Palm T|E, however I believe I just used the memo editor on there, which was a little lame. I now use a Pocket PC and I usually use VIM on it (which allows for menus, syntax highlighting, abbreviations, etc). I have considered seeing what possibilities there are in porting SciTE to Pocket PC, but that is on my ever growing "to do" list.
