As much of a scripting noob as I am I thought I should ask for help and guidance.
I would like create, if possible, a weapon that works in safe zones, does direct damage, creates a particle effect as it's attack, deals damage to the target named (example /1 attack Charissa) and activates a sound effect when in use.
The particle effect could be a continuous stream (like a flame thrower off of your hand for example) and terminate when given a command to do so (example /1 stopattack)
Anyone with advice/suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!

I could be off with my terms but I think that doing direct damage is counter to the function of safe zones. I'm guessing what you want is something that will 'damage' someone wearing an RCS and will continue to do so?
